Headed back to the US (life update)
[TL;DR] - Busy with a friend in the hospital, and moving back to my hometown in the US. Creative energy low, but still going to try to update/post when I can. Things will likely be posted to my other social media.] Other places to find me: Tumblr Instagram YouTube Twitter AO3 As per my last journal not a whole lot has changed in the art/motivation or feeling well department. If anything, things have gotten worse. It all kind of came to a head when a friend of mine ended up in the hospital a few weeks ago (for non-covid related reasons) and a lot of my spare time went into dealing with that. I'd been consistently deciding to stay in China because I figured that this was the best place for me financially and also safety-wise considering the pandemic situation is leveling out here compared to the US. But it is now at the point where I am essentially willing to risk my financial and physical well-being, in order to focus on improving my mental well-being because that has recently taken
Update, Issues, and Where to find me
TL;DR - I haven't been doing well and Eclipse was the final straw that broke my motivation for "Liberty". "Liberty" is NOT cancelled, just postponed for a bit. I'm currently looking for other sites to post "Liberty" and my other artwork on - suggestions would be helpful. Love you all and I hope you are safe and well. Things to expect from these changes: - Little to no "Liberty" for a while - Will continue to update other things (particularly "Rise of the TMNT" content) to dA - Will likely respond to comments less (though I do read all of them) - Will likely look at others' art/comics less - Will likely be posting older pages of "Liberty" (and any future pages) to other sites in addition to dA Other places to find me: Tumblr Instagram YouTube A more detailed explanation for things: The last several months have not been good for me. Pretty sure that statement could sum up the emotions that many people are experiencing in this current global crisis. I'm certainly not in the worst case
Is this happening on your pages?
I've been noticing some weird glitchy things happening with the new Eclipse format and I'm wondering if this is happening to any of you. My profile: My Gallery (look at the spaces in between the deviations): My Favorites (look at the spaces in between the deviations): And this happens even if I use the other themes (dark, light, etc). So not only am I having trouble navigating this new site, but it is becoming really glitchy and difficult for me to even use or load a page.
Not really sure about Eclipse - Petition
I really don't like Eclipse. It's hard to navigate and kind of an eyesore tbh. I'm even considering just moving to other sites; which I really don't want to do. So I might as well try to sign this petition and also take part in "The Sound Of Silence". So I will NOT be posting anything or coming on this site between May 1st and May 4th. This includes the next "Liberty" page. Sorry guys, but if there's a chance to keep the classic layout available, I'm going to try.
