Liberty Soul Silver Nuzlocke Ch 8-1

Finally, after over a month's hiatus, Liberty is back!
A bunch of life crap got in the way including moving and lack of internet, but everything is settled now, and I'm ready to get this show on the road!

Sorry about the fake cliffhanger that I left you all with last time. It wasn't meant to go unanswered this long, but I couldn't really help that. Anyway, this chapter is about answering questions and a bit of world building. It'll be a short one and since I don't want you to have to wait week after week for more expository text-walls - each page will be longer, like this one.
